We are seeking an experienced cloud administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, authentication services, security, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Design and Deployment: Create Azure Landing Zones adhering to best practices in governance, security, and compliance.
  • Azure ARC Management: Integrate on-premises and cloud resources for hybrid cloud environments.
  • Data Protection: Administer Azure Backup solutions for disaster recovery.
  • Cloud Administration: Manage resource allocation, networking, and storage configurations.
  • Authentication and Security: Configure LDAP and SSO solutions for secure access.
  • Identity and Access Management: Maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access control.
  • Hybrid IT Environment: Support and manage integrated on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
M365 Administration:
  • SharePoint Online Management: Collaborate, manage documents, and implement security controls.
  • Security Posture Management: Administer Defender and Compliance solutions.
  • Email Services: Oversee Exchange Online for email security policies and mail flow optimization.
  • Device Compliance: Manage Intune for endpoint management and security.
  • Email Signature Solutions: Configure CodeTwo for email signatures.
  • Endpoint Backups: Ensure critical system backups using Druva.
Infrastructure and End-User Support:
  • End-User Support: Provide L2/L3 support for Azure, M365, and infrastructure services.
  • Infrastructure Services: Manage Print Servers, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, ADDS, and NPS.
  • Server Updates: Perform regular server updates and health checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global IT teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Azure & M365 administration.
  • Technical Skills: Identity and Authentication, Security and Compliance, Infrastructure Services, Endpoint Backup Solutions, and Email Signature Management.
