Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee recruitment and employee engagement. This role requires experience in HR management, preferably in an IT/tech company.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with company objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on hiring top tech talent.
    • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
    • Monitor and manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Support leadership in performance management and employee development.
    • Prepare HR reports & analytics using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reports).
    • Work with HR software systems (Odoo HR experience is a strong plus but not required).
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in an IT/tech company.
    • Experience in attendance & payroll management, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel (HR reporting, data analysis, and payroll tracking).
    • Strong understanding of HR software systems (Odoo HR experience is a plus).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
