Executive Director of Brand Development

This is a prestigious and renowned career opportunity in the smartphone industry. The role involves direct reporting to the headquarters office and close co-operation with the department manager of brand management.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing overall brand strategies, identifying and selecting media resources, celebrity endorsements, and co-branding partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing local brand strategies aligned with global HQ directives.
  2. Identifying and partnering with top media, celebrity, and co-branding resources.
  3. Co-ordinating with the department manager to establish effective departmental structure and processes.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including media partners and business associates.
  5. Monitoring and evaluating the execution of all brand activities, including ATL and BTL initiatives.
  6. Localizing visual and PR materials provided by HQ and offering key insights and advice to relevant colleagues.
  7. Leading a team and providing coaching and guidance when necessary.
Requirements

Education:
A bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, journalism, or a related field is required; overseas education is highly valued.

Language:
Fluency in English is mandatory, with native speaker proficiency preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably with an MNC background.

Communication:
Excellent cross-cultural and cross-departmental communication skills are essential.

Personality:
A strong leader with a driven, self-motivated personality who can thrive in a diverse cultural environment.

Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of local media, creativity, and brand activation principles is required.

Travel opportunities exist worldwide, and the ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Karachi or Lahore as per company requirements.
