Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead our inventory management team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Accounts/Finance or ACCA and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Collaborate with Stores in-charge and IT department to ensure accuracy of physical and book balances of inventory stock.
  • Aging Records Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory aging, including transfers and cycle counts, as well as store loan accounts.
  • Document Control: Review and troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop financial inventory reports for review by senior management on demand.
  • External Audit Assistance: Assist external auditors in arranging physical inventory checks and other audit-related matters.
  • Regular Reviews: Analyze monthly and quarterly statements related to inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational procedures to maximize efficiency and implement changes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
  • Regulatory Support: Facilitate Regulatory Affairs Department in preparing Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) templates related to Accounts Department as per guidelines.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
