Inventory Management Specialist

An Inventory Management Specialist is needed to oversee our inventory operations.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Transferring inventory between warehouses according to established supply chain protocols.
  • Loading and unloading goods from designated vehicles to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
  • Collaborating with the GR Team to verify the accuracy of stock inspections and receipts at both receiving and dispatch points.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the maintenance of stock quality through the monitoring of expiration dates during stock transfers.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines during stock handling and transportation.

This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and effective communication skills. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but not necessary. The ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational skills and physical stamina.

A basic understanding of stock rotation procedures and inventory tracking methods is also expected of the successful candidate.
