Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems and applications are running smoothly. This includes monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to address any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Information Technology and Services, specifically in the context of the Pakistani market. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is required, while professional certifications in ASP.Net and Oracle are desirable.

This position requires an individual with excellent leadership skills, effective management skills, and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve IT service delivery, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Leading and motivating a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet those needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Professional certifications in ASP.Net and Oracle are desirable. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, effective management skills, and problem-solving abilities.
