Pediatric Care Specialist

The role of a Pediatric Care Specialist involves providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.
- Perform common procedures under the supervision of senior physicians, exercising sound clinical judgment and scientific knowledge.
- Document patient progress, complications, and treatment outcomes accurately and effectively, maintaining detailed records of clinical notes, progress reports, and operating logs.
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective problem-solving.
- Hold an MBBS degree and a valid license from the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), preferably with additional certifications like MCPS.
- Demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience in pediatric care, showcasing expertise in handling complex cases and managing work pressure.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing excellent communication abilities to collaborate with colleagues and provide top-notch patient care.
- Possess a willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing circumstances within the healthcare environment.
