Pediatric Nurse Specialist

About the RoleThis position involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. As a pediatric nurse specialist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders.
- Administer medication safely, monitoring patient responses and communicating findings promptly.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients and families on health behaviors and disease management.
- Demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care planning, utilizing electronic monitoring equipment efficiently.
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) or Post-RN BScN degree with valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
- At least one year of work experience in a reputable hospital, preferably in pediatrics.
- Certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office package.
