A seasoned Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Specialist is sought after to take on the pivotal responsibility of securing the organization's entire IT landscape through strategic deployment and management of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint solutions.

Main Tasks
  • Strategically deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint solutions across the organization to prevent potential security breaches.
  • Integrate endpoint security seamlessly with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure for enhanced security and productivity.
  • Monitor, analyze, and promptly respond to endpoint security incidents to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity.
  • Customize endpoint security configurations for optimal performance and protection through meticulous research and planning.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaborations to develop and enforce robust security standards and best practices within the IT department.
  • Develop detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and troubleshooting methods to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or an allied field is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365 systems is critical for success.
  • Deep understanding of endpoint security concepts and incident response methodologies is required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills are vital for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Work Setting:
