Required Skills and Qualifications: A First Class Master Degree (foreign or local) in Management Sciences (HRM) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution is required. Strong research and publication record is also essential.

Job Responsibilities- To teach and assess student learning outcomes in Human Resource Management courses.
- To conduct research and publish scholarly articles.

- A First Class Master Degree (foreign/local) or Equivalent degrees, in the discipline of Management Sciences (HRM), awarded after 18 years of education as determined by HEC from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
- Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional).
- The last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Division in academic career/weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
- In the process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
