We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain and Commerce, along with a minimum 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store activities, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular store checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to store staff members, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Implement corrective actions related to store operations.
  • Communicate store issues to management for resolution.
  • Moderate store staff grievances by liaising with management.
  • Solve customer queries and verification complications.
  • Resolve miscellaneous matters across departments through coordination.
  • Generate additional revenue by selling scrap items.
  • Provide on-the-job training to subordinates.
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks by store staff.
Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain and Commerce.
  • A minimum 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
