Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor located in Karachi. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory levels. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Store Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead store staff effectively
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and delivering top-tier Customer Service
  • Relevant work experience in a supervisory role within the retail or food industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
