Transformative UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design software, wireframe tools, and a portfolio of professional design projects that showcases work with web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. They will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, and design graphic user interfaces elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. Additionally, they will build page navigation buttons and search fields, develop UI mockups and prototypes, and create original graphic designs.

  • Gathering User Requirements: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Designing Graphic Interfaces: Design menus, tabs, and widgets using wireframe tools and design software.
  • Building Navigation Buttons and Search Fields: Develop functional navigation buttons and search fields using wireframe tools and design software.
  • Creating Prototypes: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  • Graphic Design: Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables.
  • Presentation and Feedback: Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

Requirements:

  • Proven Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of design projects showcasing work with web and mobile applications.
  • Design Tools: Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) and up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Time Management: Good time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
