  3. Manage the administrative budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
  4. Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
  5. Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary equipment.
  6. Support HR functions, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
