
Sales Performance Leader

We are looking for an experienced Sales Performance Leader to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans, evaluating store and individual performances, and reporting on regional sales results.
They will also be expected to forecast quarterly and annual profits, identify hiring needs, and prepare and review budgets.
In addition, they will analyze market trends, address potential problems, and suggest prompt solutions to maintain momentum.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans
- Evaluate store and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs and select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review budgets
- Analyze market trends
- Address potential problems and suggest solutions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales leader, area manager or similar senior role
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant field
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
