JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Manager Demand Fulfillment and Transformation Projects is responsible for complete End to End Product Creation, Stakeholder Management, Pilot, Launch, Scale and Integration into various CD, Finance and Supply Chain systems and ways of working for numerous CD Transformation and Demand Fulfillment Projects.
This role is key to the CD Transformation Ecosystem in CD Excellence. The resource will lead the ideation and execution for this stream.
Main Responsibilities:
This role executes end-to-end pilot project for future distribution models and demand fulfillment projects.
Complete End to End Demand Fulfillment Product Management and planning.
This role develops, integrates, and executes Demand Fulfillment Products (DDO) as well as relevant projects in DDT (Digitizing Distributive Trade).
This role identifies opportunities for process optimizations and efficiency particularly in the Demand Fulfillment Space.
Lead Ideation, Design, Product and Execution for all Transformation Projects.
This role drives and adopts best practices of the competition for the current Unilever business model.
Integrate Transformation Projects into overall organisation ways of working with close workstreams execution with Finance, Supply Chain.
Train, change manage and socialize for all Transformation Projects across the CD Ecosystems.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry – preferably in sales/ key account management.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.
Experience working and leading in cross-functional teams.
