Requirements

  3. Proven experience in online community management and customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  5. Flexibility to work in various shifts, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  6. Relevant education, such as an undergraduate degree or above, providing a solid foundation for your career growth.
