Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance / Admin Coordinator to join our team at TAKMIL. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various financial and operational duties, including financial records management, financial process support, and project support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely tracking of project expenditures, receipts, and relevant financial documents.
- Support various financial processes, including but not limited to salary administration, reimbursement processing, approval workflows, and timely release of payments.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the team for tasks associated with projects both within Lahore and beyond, ensuring seamless execution of project-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations set by Audits, PCP, PCC, FBR, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (16 years of education) in a relevant discipline such as Finances, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years related work experience.
- Knowledge of non-profit governance regulations, PCP, FBR, EAD, Audits, and renewals of registration is desirable.
