E-Commerce Development Lead

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Shopify Developer to spearhead high-performance e-commerce store development, tackling complex problems, and delivering seamless user experiences that drive conversions.
This full-time position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on international direct-to-consumer brands and grow in conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance, and Shopify Plus projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores with a focus on themes, Liquid, and custom sections.
- Implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing, free-gift bars, custom upsells, and variant-based features.
- Integrate with third-party tools and optimize storefront performance, speed, and SEO.
- Collaborate with designers to bring UI/UX ideas to life and debug/troubleshoot technical issues across multiple stores.
- Work on multi-region Shopify Markets and advanced checkout customizations.
- 2+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
- Expertise in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Strong theme development & customization skills.
- Solid understanding of CRO & A/B testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with key Shopify apps.
- Experience integrating APIs and building scalable custom solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
