Real Estate Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our overseas real estate agency in Karachi, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending personalized messages to potential clients via WhatsApp and email to inquire about their interest in selling or leasing their properties.
  • Cold calling homeowners to discuss property sales.
  • Responding to queries received from our website and social media platforms.
  • Updating property listings based on responses from homeowners.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
