Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves selling residential and commercial plots in our premium housing projects. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Customer Engagement: Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  3. Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers to provide detailed project information.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Sales Performance: Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  8. Representation: Represent us at sales and marketing events, such as property expos and open houses.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively, proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
