Sales Operations Analyst

This role is instrumental in ensuring data integrity, supporting sales processes, and contributing to pipeline hygiene and opportunity closure efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce including contract documentation, opportunity booking and phasing, opportunity and client lead management, invoicing details and revenue tracking, cleanup of outdated or pending items.
  • Manage and update the active pipeline.
  • Extract Salesforce reports and build structured rhythm for tracking opportunity closure and identifying blockers.
  • Participate in regular syncs with Sales and internal teams.
  • Actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure full alignment with Salesforce data.
  • Support weekly sales file preparation and ensure accuracy of sales data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue, pipeline, or client-related concerns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and strong reporting/analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills and experience working with data and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Schedule:
  • Flexible offshore hours with overlap to support regular coordination with onshore teams.

This Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the sales teams in maintaining accurate data and driving efficiency across client opportunity management, contract administration, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
