**Job Title:** Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to the academic team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and forward student data for registration purposes.
  • Prepare direct invoices on SAP.
  • Manage Course Offering and Module Appraisal on SAP.
  • Coordinate event planning on SAP and Unitime.
  • Handle Student Module Booking on SAP.
  • Assist faculty members during final appraisal/module results on SAP.
  • Support the Assistant Manager Academics in day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support to staff and management.
  • Process student applications.
  • Resolve Moellim and SAP-related issues.
  • Assist the Admissions Department with admission tests.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Unitime software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
