Electrical Maintenance Expert

Are you a skilled mechatronics or electrical engineer with a strong background in maintenance and repair? We are looking for an expert who can oversee the maintenance of our electrical and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance activities. They will also be responsible for ensuring the optimum operation of equipment on the shop floor, conducting daily meetings with the maintenance team, and implementing quality repair processes.

We are seeking a highly organized individual who can develop and maintain schedules, coordinate with the mold shop, and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in using personal protective equipment.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for reviewing performance standards and conducting quarterly meetings to review and revise KRAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Oversee the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ensure the optimum operation of equipment on the shop floor
  • Conduct daily meetings with the maintenance team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering
