Job Overview

The Plant Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the production facility. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the plant team by driving cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop dynamic forecasting models that accurately predict production outcomes.
  • Work closely with project controllers and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of high-priority projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, aligning with organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements, technical instructions, and financial reporting standards.
  • Benchmark product performance against internal and external standards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead regular business review meetings with key stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actual results, including variance analysis, quality control, and savings realization.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive standard cost budget alignment with respective business unit goals.
  2. Coordinate dynamic forecasting with finance and plant teams.
  3. Assist project controller and stakeholders in PET Line completion.
  4. Validate improvement projects based on OPEX/NCE guidelines.
  5. Ensure General Instructions (GIs), Technical Instructions (TIs), Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), and Financial Reporting standards compliance.
  6. Conduct product benchmarking internally and externally.
  7. Lead Business Review meetings with stakeholders.
  8. Acknowledge accurate actual reporting, including variance analysis, non-quality costs, and savings.
