About the Role

A highly skilled accounting professional is required to perform various financial tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. This role involves maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in book keeping, payroll processing, e-filing of taxes, petty cash management, SECP filings, stock control, voucher management, bank handling, EOBI & PESSI, and maintaining individual parties' accounts and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Book Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Payroll Processing: Handle employee salaries, bonuses, and other benefits, ensuring timely payments and accuracy.
  3. E-Filing of Taxes: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Petty Cash Management: Supervise and manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper utilization and reconciliation.
  5. SECP Filings: Prepare and submit necessary documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
  6. Stock Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  7. Voucher Management: Manage and process vouchers, ensuring accurate recording and payment of invoices.
  8. Bank Handling: Handle all banking activities, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
  9. EOBI & PESSI: Manage and process employee social security contributions and other government-mandated payments.
  10. Maintaining Individual Parties' Accounts: Record and manage transactions related to individual parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  11. Maintaining Ledger: Ensure accurate and up-to-date ledgers, reflecting all financial transactions and adjustments.
