\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.\
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge creative output.\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing efficiency with attention to detail.\
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and fresh ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field.\
  • 5+ years experience in animation, video editing, and graphic design.\
  • Proven expertise in developing innovative motion graphics that elevate campaign messaging and resonate with target audiences.\
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\
  • Working knowledge of Figma.\
  • Experience in leading end-to-end production of video and motion graphic assets, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production.\
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific design and video requirements, ensuring that content is optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.\
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of content production while maintaining quality.\
  • In-depth knowledge of design trends, styles, and innovative techniques to produce cutting-edge visual content.
