Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT&D Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving solution design activities and ensuring alignment with our overall Enterprise Architecture and product stream strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new products and services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will possess deep technical experience in infrastructure design, including On-premises, private and public cloud, networking, virtualization, storage & Integration Services (MuleSoft, API Management).

In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the design and deployment life cycle and focus on delivery with quality. You will lead technical discussions and build consensus among all stakeholders, including vendors. Additionally, you will provide technical architecture consultancy and design for projects, coordinate with product owners to identify future needs and requirements, and understand security and compliance requirements to deliver solutions as per defined business standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, develop & document high-end technology solutions that solve complex problems across different projects on Azure, On-Premises or SaaS.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the design and deployment life cycle and focus on delivery with quality.
- Lead technical discussions and build consensus among all stakeholders, including vendors.
- Provide technical architecture consultancy and design for projects.

Requirements:
- 12+ Years of experience required in enterprise applications, integration & Solution Designing.
- Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering new products and services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially in CPG or healthcare organizations.
