Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the implementation of our projects in a designated district. The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects adhere to established frameworks and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating project management calendars to ensure timely completion of goals and objectives.
  • Assist the project manager in ensuring compliance with project frameworks and documentation.
  • Audit project risks and issues, and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met through conducting tests on training and project deliverables.
  • Organize and participate in training and advocacy events.
  • Document actions and decisions from meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and PSEA guidelines.
  • Meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of project coordination.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to manage timelines and collaborate in teams.
