Our team is looking for a creative and data-driven professional to manage our day-to-day social media presence, engage with our audience, and support campaigns that drive growth, awareness, and community across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content teams to create visually compelling posts and stories
  • Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and news to produce timely and relevant content
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive community tone
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars and campaigns
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics; provide regular reporting and insights
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives
  • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms and their nuances
  • Excellent writing, captioning, and communication skills
  • A strong eye for design and visual storytelling (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A genuine passion for social media and digital culture

  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and trends
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus
