Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights to enhance product offerings.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers. Close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication skills with English fluency; UK accent preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to handle a sales environment, work individually, and as a team player.
