Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving growth and sales for our web development services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive growth for our web design and development services
- Utilize Upwork and other sales channels to increase revenue and expand client base
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through strategic communication and exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets through dedication and a results-driven approach
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as a high-performing closer on Upwork and related platforms
- Strong understanding of CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WebFlow)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and design processes
- Familiarity with mobile app sales, custom software, and desktop applications is a plus
- Ability to support and collaborate with a Business Development team
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of sales processes & sales projections
