Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Group Financial Controller to manage all financial activities, analyze financial data, and provide strategic guidance to the executive team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in listed company's financial management, a strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required.
You will be responsible for preparing financial reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will monitor and manage the company's expenses and cash flow, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
A strong team player, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to achieve their objectives. You will also provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing and operations.
