AP and AR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist to join our team. As an AP and AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include processing invoices, payments, and credit notes, reconciling statements, and analyzing discrepancies. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, identifying and resolving issues, and providing ad-hoc support to the finance team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
