A Solutions Architect is a crucial role in translating business requirements into software designs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint development, delivery phases, and reviews overall proposals.
  • Provide valuable input during user experience design and review wireframes from a technical perspective.
  • Create necessary artifacts before actual development work starts to provide direction to the team.
  • Develop Solutions Design Documents for the development team.
  • Ensure design adherence during the development phase with changes documented.
  • Review work produced by the development team.
  • Provide necessary training to developers and serve as the sole point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably as a full stack developer in multiple technologies.
  • At least 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design with an in-depth understanding of coding languages, knowledge of various operating systems and databases, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
Technical Requirements
  • Superior Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the software development process.
  • Project and Resource Management: Ensure project resources are being used efficiently and impactfully.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience across all major areas of the software development process and hardware engineering expertise.
  • Risk Identification and Management: Analyze and identify potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future.
