The Division

NEWSTAR Enterprise, a product of Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, is designed for residential construction projects and business management, helping to make faster decisions, reduce costs, and drive growth.

The Position

The Senior SQA Analyst will work on our enterprise software product for the homebuilding industry.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Writing SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.
  2. Understanding customer use cases and ensuring software meets their needs.
  3. Focusing on user experience, implementation, and operational success.
  4. Performing system, functional, regression, and back-end tests to safeguard the product from bugs.
  5. Documenting test plans, cases, and bugs in Azure DevOps.
  6. Achieving milestones and sprint goals with scalable, maintainable software.
Qualifications And Skills
  1. Excellent English communication skills.
  2. Experience with writing and executing SQL queries.
  3. Ability to deliver quality work on time according to QA best practices.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with defect management software.
  6. Interpersonal skills to support a high-morale environment across geographies.
  7. Understanding of the Accounting domain is an asset.
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or JD Edwards is a plus.
Working hours

6 PM PKT to 3 AM PKT (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET).
