Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies with specific objectives across different channels, especially blogs.

This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices. You will analyze these trends and insights to build successful strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in generating new business leads and creating strategies to increase brand awareness via blogs. You will also lead the execution of marketing projects in collaboration with other departments.

Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You will manage web content and SEO efforts, perform thorough content and SEO audits for opportunity and gap assessment.

You will create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights with recommendations for future strategy development.

Furthermore, you will manage the marketing team and prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Mastery of WordPress, SEO Tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent grammar and writing-with-intent skills.
  • Experience working with American audience/clientele.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior leadership experience; informally mentoring your colleagues counts.
  • Prior successes related to copywriting.
  • A portfolio of previous marketing successes. Show how you grew marketing KPIs and what bottom-line impacts that had.
