Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager ERP to lead our ERP Implementation. As a Manager ERP, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the performance and functionality of our ERP system.

You should have a strong background in ERP systems, preferably with exposure to Odoo and Oracle, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with business processes.
  • Perform thorough testing of ERP functionality to ensure proper implementation and integration.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working closely with technical teams if necessary.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to implement and optimize ERP solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and functionality.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 6 plus years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and management.
  • Strong proficiency in Odoo and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in training end-users on ERP functionality.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems would be a plus.

  • Location: Lahore.
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday.
