Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead our team in delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional ERP requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and document functional specifications, business process flows, use cases, and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure ERP modules.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and risks using agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, with hands-on exposure to project management organization preferred.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • ERP Certification in relevant platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
