Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client engagements and drive business growth.

As a Senior Manager - Professional Services, you will be responsible for overseeing delivery execution, client relationship management, and internal team performance. This role requires strong strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery lifecycle and ensure all client expectations and milestones are met.
  • Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the client organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and leadership to develop and present proposals for new initiatives.

Team & Operational Management

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other functional leads.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with CodeNinja's values.
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines.

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or professional services.
  • At least 3 years in a senior management or client-facing leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in delivery operations, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, service management frameworks, and modern delivery tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
