We're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This requires a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional teams collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people worldwide, covering various roles such as Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

The Role

This role involves championing the Reckitt brands that uplift daily lives. Your enthusiasm will help our products find their spotlight on shelves and in shoppers' hands.

You'll build strong customer relationships and understand market needs to drive visibility and sales for the Reckitt portfolio. You'll thrive in an environment where your dedication and passion for in-store excellence boost our brands and impact sales growth.

Your Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include:

  1. Building strong relationships with customers to align our product range with their needs.
  2. Understanding what attracts consumers to Reckitt's brands, ensuring they remain top choices for customers and healthcare professionals.
  3. Implementing promotional campaigns and guiding retailers on effective merchandising, creating appealing store environments.
  4. Enhancing sales by ensuring our products are well-stocked and negotiating opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.
  5. Driving sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives, making an impact in your region.
The Skills We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a sales background spanning FMCG, Consumer or similar sectors. You should be comfortable embracing independence and excelling in carving out sales opportunities.

A resilient work ethic underpins your positive 'can-do' approach. Strong communication skills shine through, with a track-record in persuasively guiding others. Analyzing customer data comes naturally, informing impactful decisions.
