Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, while working closely with various teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Field Sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer complaint reparation and inquiry response.
- Sell a full range of logistics services and products to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage and retain defined customer portfolio through prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Negotiate contractual terms with customers aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales team, operations team, finance team, and management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- A graduate in any field (BBA preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in Sales & Business Support position.
- PFIFFA Diploma (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Strong negotiable skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluent English speaking and writing skills.
