  • Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking customers and clients

  • Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues regarding the service
  • Contribute to a customer development role by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent command over English and Spanish languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivation, assertiveness, and responsiveness
