UX Designer Job

We're looking for a creative UX designer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position in our technology consulting practice, responsible for shaping intuitive and user-centered experiences for digital products delivered to clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design tools, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Design Strategy: Develop user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user expectations.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing.
  • Strong command of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS).

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of UX/UI design experience, with exposure to enterprise or public-facing digital solutions.
  • Certification in UX is a plus.
