Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting principles.
