Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our restaurant operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational excellence by monitoring and improving processes, maintaining high standards, and identifying areas for growth.
  • Monitor generated reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Support service execution by coordinating with teams, resolving issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain cost-effective buying practices, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Implement cost control measures, manage employee performance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee appliances and machinery tools, food equipment maintenance, and operational support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promote team work, collaboration, and open communication among staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Commerce.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, accounts, and finance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent administrative, leadership, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
