Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales team and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and contribute to the expansion of the department.
  • Analyze local market conditions to identify current and potential sales opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective time management and teamwork skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Job Requirements
  • A Master's or 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or Social Sciences is required.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain our social media presence, engaging with followers.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries about products and services.
  3. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams to improve services.
  4. Conduct research to improve the organization's business status and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Regularly review and report on sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
Working Environment

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving abilities. They must also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, key industry players, and vendors.
