Purchasing Expert:

We are seeking a highly skilled purchasing expert to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods from domestic and international suppliers.
  • They will contribute to the development of our product range by identifying new suppliers and negotiating agreements.
  • Timely delivery management is critical in this role, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring material availability and managing supplier relationships.
  • Closely working with the Warehouse Manager and Order Management teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor material availability and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Handle complaints related to shortages and work with the Warehouse Manager to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of our product range by identifying new suppliers and negotiating agreements.

Requirements:

  • A graduation degree is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to think critically.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is essential, with WMS knowledge being an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages, particularly German, are a plus.
