About the Role

This role will lead the setup of multiple functions by managing exceptional employee experiences through the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the People & Culture strategy to meet the short-term and long-term needs of the business.

This includes ensuring fair, respectful, and consistent treatment of employees, providing creative solutions to motivate employees at different career points.

  • Drive the setup of multiple functions, including Global Technology & Operations and Global Content Operations teams in Hyderabad.
  • Lead the development of strong working relationships with the Centres of Excellence (COEs) to support the implementation of P&C programmes and initiatives.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and 'one company' mindset as a critical priority.

Prioritization: Self-directs one's own activities and work through goal setting, time management, planning, etc.

Team Work: Promotes and facilitates coordination and cooperation among peers.

Problem Solving: Identifies problems, develops and evaluates options, and implements solutions.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders independently and work in an ambiguous environment, applying good judgement to resolve problems.

The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in people and be passionate about understanding and partnering with business.
