Supporting Employees Across the Globe
The role of the Employee Connection Specialist is to provide timely support and address HR needs for employees in the APAC region. The specialist will work closely with the Tier 1 P&C Services' Employee Connection team to design and deliver outstanding employee services and experiences.
This position requires a highly independent and proactive individual who can identify and implement positive change and improvements to scale a great employee experience aligned with our culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to employee inquiries, performing HR transactions in Workday, assisting with reorganizations, preparing payroll information, and onboarding/offboarding employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees.
- Perform various HR tasks in Workday.
- Assist with reorganizations, including position management.
- Prepare accurate and timely payroll information.
- Ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Execute repeatable processes efficiently.
- Oversee benefits and respond to benefits issues.
- Track probation periods accurately.
- Assist with reporting and audit requirements.
- Provide employment verification as needed.
